What kind of perfume do you make?
Sunsphere Scents creates small batch alcohol based perfumes that evoke all of the things we love about Knoxville.
Tell me more about your materials!
We use high quality natural oils, CO2 extracts, and isolates, in addition to synthetic ingredients, which often offer increased sustainability. We also comply with IFRA guidelines which are the industry standard for safety. We do not use pre-blended fragrance oils.
We source our materials from suppliers who work closely with producers and seek out the highest quality materials. Some of our perfumes contain animal products (beeswax, honey, and butter CO2) and will be noted in the description.
I’m a {insert other SEC team} fan, will I enjoy your perfumes?
As a UTK grad (BS + PhD), I bleed orange but Sunsphere Scents is for everyone! We hope that won’t stop you from enjoying some of our UTK inspired scents. Go Vols!
Can I get a refund or return my purchase?
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds, but if there is an issue with your order, I’m here to help! We created our souvenir samples to explore our collection before committing to a full size.
When will my scents arrive?
Please see the banner at the top of the site for current processing/turnaround time (TAT). We can only ship to the contiguous United States via ground shipping. Materials are shipped using recyclable packaging and full size glass bottles can be sanitized and reused.
